I have been trying to create a more healthy lifestyle for myself for a long time.  I have a kind of lack — shall we say — lacking support system.  Lots of people go to meetings or workouts with friends.  I don’t really feel like doing that just yet.  My alternate strategy, then, is to document the journey and keep accountable via the blogosphere.

Possible topics include ramblings about dietary choices, food industry information, exercise plans, realizations about self improvement, tying healthtogether in a holistic way, and more.

My parents raised me in a very health conscious style, but being a child, I did not always understand their reasons nor heed all their advice.

If you want to come along for the ride, gentle reader, welcome aboard and lend your supportive comments and similar stories as you feel comfortable and as seems appropriate.

Above all this is meant to be a personal journey.  As such, I am doing this for my own reasons but not to create a movement or a marketing plan.  I am also not a professional.  I am finding my own way in terms of my health.  Thanks for stopping by. 🙂
